What are TLC Small Groups?

Small groups are gatherings of 8 to 12 people who want to meet regularly to develop close personal bonds with each other and with Jesus Christ.

What is Small Group Ministry?

Small groups are one of the main ways our congregation provides encouragement, care support and opportunity for Christian growth. They are also a primary means to reach out to those in our community who are not yet connected with a Christian congregation. Small groups provide a safe and nurturing environment where people can:

experience the presence and power of the Holy Spirit;
get to know fellow Christians;
encourage each other as group members strive to live as Jesus’ disciples in their daily lives;
build faith skills - prayer, forgiveness, witnessing;
develop a greater, more mature capacity to love and care;
grow spiritually through Bible Study;
receive supportive care in times of struggle, change and decision;
discover, develop and use their spiritual gifts;
bring new or inactive members, relatives, friends and people from the community who are searching for a place to belong.

How Can You Become Involved?

God is calling you to small group ministry here at Trinity. There are two different way that you can become a part of this vital and necessary ministry:
